Pomona State Park Campground:
Pomona State Park is a state park located south of the Pomona Reservoir on a 490 acre piece of land. It has 12 campgrounds spread across the park with a little above 200 primitive sites for camping tents and utility sites adding up to 142. There are no reservations for the primitive camping sites. There are several exciting activities that can be undertaken at the park, these include swimming, hiking, going out for picnics, jewishbulletin marina, playgrounds, a golf course and a boat slip rental. The camping fees charged by the park are as follows; for the utility sites the camping fees are $7.50 to $10.50 per night and for the primitive tent camping sites $7 to $8 per night.

Wilson State Park Campground:
Wilson State Park is on the south side of the Wilson Reservoir, it is divided into two that is the Otoe and Hell Creek. It has a total of 239 sites which include 6 cabins, 90 primitive sites for your tents and sleeping bags, 3 shelters, 4 standard full hookups, 37 standard electric hookups, alternativehealthdirectory and 99 electric and water hookups. Utility and primitive camp sites where you can pitch a tent are available in the park and some cabins are fitted with electricity which makes it conducive for family camping. RV pads are available in each area. There are several activities that can be enjoyed by the family they include wildlife viewing, fishing, swimming, hiking, boating, and biking. Shower buildings are also available from the months of April to September and for the RV users there are 3 dump stations, one located in Otoe and the others in Hell Creek. Cheney Reservoir Campground:
Cheney Reservoir campground is located on the north fork of Ninnescah River. The Cheney dam is around 9,500 acres of open water. Total sites add up to 519 which include 9 cabins, 277 primitive tent camping sites, 8 shelters and 233 hookups. There are several exciting activities that take place in the camp, these include fishing, hiking, biking, and boating. The reservoir boasts of several amenities making it even more fun for the family, these include boat ramps, marinas, shower houses, restrooms, courtesy docks, cabins, dump stations among many. Hillsdale Lake Campground:
Hillsdale Lake campground is a newly developed state park, located between the eastern hardwood forests and the western prairie lands thus attracting beautiful wildlife. It has a total of 270 sites which include 79 primitive tent camping sites, 11 shelters and 180 hookups. The park offers several amenities which include marina and RV camping and the campsite activities include hiking, shooting range, biking, and equestrian trail system. The camping fees in this park are $7 to $10.50 per night.

Bloomington West Campground:
Bloomington West is quite a spacious campground located west of Clinton Dam in Kansas. It has activities for family bonding which include boating, fishing, canoeing, boat ramps, picnicking, swimming, volleyball and jet skiing. It has camp amenities which include showers, flush toilets, drinking water, grills and softball fields. Reservations are allowed prior to the visit. The camp fees are subject to the requirements of the person. This spacious group site has 25 sites, 4 with 20/30 Ampere electric and water connections. This campground has a capacity of about 150 guests.

Cedar Bluff Reservoir Campground:
Cedar Bluff Reservoir located in West Central Kansas on the Smoky Hill River is open to the public 24 hours. It is made up of around 6,100 acres. It has sites which add up to 418 with 6 cabins, 276 primitive tent sites, 3 shelters,  and 133 hookups. There are several activities that take place in this park, they include fishing and hunting and the fishing season is throughout the year. Hunting for deer, waterfowl and upland game is available to the public. Special hunts can be organized on application. The reservoir costs are not specified

El Dorado Lake Campground:
El Dorado Lake is an 8,000 acre lake located in Butler County. The park has four main campgrounds with the following amenities: a sailing club, about 1000 sites which include 10 cabins, 589 primitive sites for tents, 10 shelters, and 482 hookups. The following amenities are available: marinas, picnic shelters, cabins for rental, horse trails, swim beaches, shower buildings and restrooms; playgrounds, laundry facilities, boat ramps and dump stations for RV users. Lovewell Reservoir Campground:
Lovewell Reservoir is a very popular campground for campers which include families groups who might use their larger cabin tents, sleeping bags and cots and of course individuals in smaller parties with a 1 person tent or 2-4 person tent. It provides 323 primitive camping sites, 4 deluxe and 6 rustic cabins, 155 utility hookup sites and 10 shelters. Some electrical sites, Buffalo, Bluebird and Walleye point primitive campsites can be reserved on request by groups wishing to camp there. Other amenities available include shower-toilet houses, 2 trailer dump stations for RV users, vault toilets and unisex restroom and shower in the maintenance building. Scott State Park Campground:
Scott State Park is an ideal place for boating, camping, swimming, hunting, hiking, wildlife viewing and fishing. Other extra camp activities include horse riding and picnicking. The park has several amenities for the comfort of the campers whether you are pitching tents or in an RV, these include 2 cabins, 80 primitive sites for camping tents, 2 shelters and 57 utility hookup sites, vault toilets and shower houses. Reservations can be made in advance. The camping fees are as follows; utility sites: $7.50-$10.50 per night and $7-$8 per night for primitive sites

Cedar Ridge Campground:
Cedar Ridge is located West of Clinton lake in Kansas it is an ideal camping site in that it provides clean drinking water, for RV users there are dump stations, easily accessible sites, picnic shelters, playgrounds and laundry facilities for families and groups. It has a total of 79 sites. The camping activities available include fishing, swimming, among others which are really fun. Also flush toilets are available and one can also make reservations. The camping fees are not specified.
